Dr. Beakey’s training includes diagnosing and treating mental illness in children and adults. Her therapy experience lends itself to treating adults and children with anxiety and mood disorders, including Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
Dr. Beakey’s experience has also included extensive training in testing and assessment including neuropsychological testing, as well as diagnostic and forensic work with mentally ill populations.
